About the Position

The Regulatory Investigations Coordinator will play a key role in investigating and resolving regulated complaints and internal reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you can develop your skills and expertise.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Investigating and resolving complaints and internal reviews in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Logging and investigating all complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction related to financial advice given by Financial Planners within QCFP.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, financial advisers, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and other third parties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working within a complaints/remediation environment.
  • Strong IT skills, being proficient in using Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication skills on both the telephone and the ability to compile written responses.
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 182 hours (26 days) holiday, Quilter Incentive Scheme, pension scheme, private medical insurance, and life assurance.
