Complaints Resolution Specialist

Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Complaints Facilitator to join our central complaints team.
As a key member of our team, you will provide a high-quality complaints service to our patients and relatives, focusing on early resolution and excellent communication.
Day-to-day duties will include managing a caseload of complaints, liaising with clinical teams, and producing reports to support improvement work.
Main Duties of the Job
At least two years' experience of the NHS complaints regulations is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will also have strong IT and interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to take ownership and accountability of the complaints process.
