The State Hospital is committed to delivering exceptional quality of care. To support this mission, the Corporate Services Department provides a platform for users to raise concerns when service delivery falls short of expectations.
We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to provide comprehensive support to the Complaints Manager in line with the Complaints Handling Policy. The successful candidate will focus on resolving complaints at Stage 1, ensuring a smooth running of the administrative functions of the team.
The ideal candidate will utilize data to provide reporting for formal reports, audits, and quality assurance. A high level of communication and administrative skills are essential for this role.
Requirements
- Education to degree level
- Direct experience in complaints handling, preferably within the NHS
