Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex customer complaints in a fair and diligent manner. Your primary objective will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that complaints are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints in a fair and diligent manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that complaints are resolved promptly
  • Work closely with the Complaints Team to resolve complaints about our loans, cards, and auto-finance products
  • Help to translate customer complaints into product and process improvements across the operations team and Lendable as a business
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in complaints or dispute-handling from within a regulated business environment.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of a quick phone call, an exercise to demonstrate your ability to resolve complaints, an onsite interview, and a meeting with the team you'll work with daily.
