**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team at CREATE Fertility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving patient complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complaint Management: Manage and resolve patient complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that all complaints are addressed and resolved to the patient's satisfaction.
  • Compliance Tracking: Monitor and track compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complaint data and present findings to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Patient Satisfaction: Achieve high patient satisfaction scores through effective complaint resolution and communication.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory limits and regulatory requirements, including timely reporting of complaint statistics.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in complaint resolution, customer service, or a related field.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly attentive to detail, with excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and complaints.
  • Self-Motivated and Adaptable: Proactive, flexible, and able to manage several tasks at once in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in Healthcare: Background in healthcare, customer service, or a related field.
