About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our complaints team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive a timely and effective resolution to their complaints.

Main Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve patient complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to address the concerns raised.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the complaints process, ensuring that they are kept informed and updated at all stages.
  • Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure that complaints are thoroughly investigated and resolved, and that lessons are learned to prevent similar complaints from arising in the future.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing patient complaints and/or queries, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
