TCC Group is seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling complaints related to suitability of advice on pensions and investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end complaints handling, including review, decision making and redress.
  • Focus on suitability of advice on pensions and investment business.

Requirements:

  • Diploma Level 4 Qualified.
  • Pension and Investment complaint handling and/or business review experience is required. Paraplanning experience will also be considered.
  • Professional, excellent attention to detail, ability to make decisions as well as following set processes & procedures.

About the Role:
