Position Overview

Senior Vice President of Sales: Propel Growth, Cultivate Alliances, and Champion Sustainability

We are in search of a proactive and achievement-driven Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategies and enhance our growth momentum. As an integral member of the executive team, the SVP of Sales will be instrumental in broadening our market footprint, establishing strategic alliances, and boosting revenue within the logistics sector.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Inspire and guide a high-achieving sales team, setting challenging goals and nurturing a success-oriented culture.
  • Strategic Alliances: Identify, cultivate, and maintain significant partnerships with enterprises across diverse industries to extend Fin's influence and effectiveness.
  • Market Development: Actively pursue new business prospects and facilitate expansion into additional markets and service lines.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and sustain robust relationships with current clients, ensuring their continuous satisfaction and recognizing growth opportunities.
  • Sales Administration: Supervise sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline oversight, and performance evaluation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Sales Achievement: A solid history of surpassing sales objectives and driving revenue increases.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in sales, account management, and market development, ideally within the logistics or transportation fields.
  • Strategic Insight: Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to steer the sales team towards achieving organizational goals.
  • Relationship Developer: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to foster and maintain strong connections with clients and partners.
  • Advocate for Sustainability: A commitment to sustainable practices and alignment with Fin's zero-emissions vision.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
