Apprenticeships Development Specialist

About the Role:
Captiva Learning is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Premier Pathways Team as a Learning Enrolment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners through our range of groundbreaking apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support learners through the full enrolment process to join the Youth Worker Degree Apprenticeship.
- Develop new and existing relationships daily, forging long-term partnerships through learner and client engagement.
- Provide in-depth consultation at all levels, with detail-oriented practices at its forefront.
- Report on a weekly basis, capturing data and managing processes.
Requirements:
- Experience within education, apprenticeships, and/or youth work would be beneficial.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service and high-quality engagement with all stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to the audience.
- Solutions-focused, proactive, and anticipatory, with the ability to pivot and find creative solutions.
- Driven, motivated, and focused on achieving results.
