Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at BCE Apprenticeships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support student recruitment and enhance the reputation of BCE Apprenticeships nationally, regionally, and locally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to support student recruitment and increase brand awareness
  • Manage and develop all marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver the Academy's alumni programme and engagement/enrichment activities with students
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources
  • Monitor, interpret, and report on data and metrics for marketing campaign evaluation
  • Develop and deliver all assets and collateral to support student recruitment, including the BCE website and social media platforms
  • Manage the BCE style guide and ensure that all content reflects the vision and values of BCE Apprenticeships
Requirements
  • A good degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or communications
  • Recognised marketing qualification, such as a CIM diploma
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Excellent project management and organisation skills, with the ability to exercise initiative and plan work independently
  • Confident in delivering marketing campaigns for direct customer acquisition, with experience of creating marketing collateral and content assets for marketing acquisition campaigns
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and Mailchimp
  • A passion for storytelling and experience in tailoring content to specific audiences and platforms
  • Good standard of written English
