Job Title: Learning & Talent Development Coordinator - Apprenticeship

Job Description:

Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Talent Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our People team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering a bespoke learning strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver specialist sector training programs that meet the needs of our organization
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs that drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on apprenticeships and talent development
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
