Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Talent Development Specialist to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover with longer-term potential. The successful candidate will be based in our Liverpool Street office, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring 3 days on-site per week.
Key Responsibilities- Learning Operations: Support the Talent Development Manager in identifying learning needs and talent solutions relevant to the business lines and future needs of the organization.
- Champion Change and Innovation: Develop practices that reflect current market trends and digital innovation, and champion change within the organization.
- Learning and Talent Propositions: Liaise with external providers to deliver learning and talent propositions in an effective and cost-efficient way, including the preparation of contracts.
- Employee Experience and Career Development: Work closely with HRAs to support career pathways and career development, including induction, employee experience, management academy, and development initiatives.
- Programme Management: Manage initiatives such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing, and ensure employee training records are kept up to date.
- Financial Analysis: Reconcile monthly and year-end financial reports, budgets, and invoices, and keep track of languages expenditure.
Requirements
- Intermediate level of Excel essential
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
