Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a goal-oriented and people-driven individual to join our team in London as a Talent Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales journey, you will be responsible for helping large and small organizations achieve their targets through employee and leadership development.
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will analyze and understand talent profiles, educate clients on their employees' strengths and challenges, and ensure they achieve the best possible outcomes in their organization.
FirstMind's tool is based on 43 cognitive studies and 9 behavioral studies from leading universities, and we work with top Danish businesses, including the British police and the Danish military, to make better and stronger people's decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging personal 1:1 feedback sessions and intro-calls
- Coaching and guiding people to perform at their absolute best
- Enhancing FirstMind's materials and learning platforms
We offer continuous training and the ability to practice and improve your skills in understanding people, sales, teaching, public speaking, and conducting workshops.
Genuine interest in learning to help others make better people decisions and experience in psychology, recruitment, behavior, sales, and coaching are essential.
UK, US, or EU work permit required.
