This role requires a seasoned L&D professional to work collaboratively with key stakeholders driving business growth through people development. Our client values strong partnerships and seeks an expert who can define business needs, design solutions, and deliver impactful training across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering multiple L&D initiatives with extensive experience
  • Partnering with external providers to drive innovative solutions
  • Cost-effectively sourcing external training services
  • Launching employee development programs

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
