Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Strategic HR Partner and Talent Development Specialist to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers a salary of approximately £55,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package.

Job Description

The role of the Strategic HR Partner and Talent Development Specialist is central to the Human Resources function of Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited, working in partnership with leaders to provide HR solutions, strategic advice, and operational support.

The successful candidate will report to the HRBP Manager and be responsible for implementing people plans to improve performance, collaborating with the parent company, and HR Shared Services.

This dynamic role involves supporting project delivery, mainly based in London and Essex on a hybrid basis. As the organisation grows, the Strategic HR Partner and Talent Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and populating the organisation, inducting and upskilling leaders, and managing workforce performance and talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and advise managers on HR matters such as organisational problem-solving, behavioural change, employee development, and performance management.
  • Foster strong relationships with managers, offering guidance on leadership behaviour, and contributing to leadership development initiatives.
  • Deploy people strategies at a local level, ensuring that plans align with business needs and are communicated effectively to line managers.
  • Support restructuring and cultural change initiatives, while also contributing to change management efforts.
  • Update and align workforce plans with business priorities, while coordinating with the Recruitment Team to meet staffing needs.
  • Manage reward systems, such as salary reviews and bonus schemes.
  • Support learning and development initiatives in collaboration with the Training Lead.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion values within the organisation.

In performance management, the Strategic HR Partner and Talent Development Specialist will provide guidance to managers on handling performance issues, complex employee relations cases, and disciplinary actions. Additionally, they will assist in talent and succession planning to ensure the organisation has a pipeline of future leaders.

HR operational delivery is another key area, requiring the consultant to work with HR Shared Services to ensure managers have the necessary support for effective HR management.

The ideal candidate will be based primarily in London and Essex but may also engage with teams in other locations. Strong HR generalist skills, communication abilities, and knowledge of employment law are essential, as well as the ability to influence and support managers at all levels.
