Early Careers L&D Assistant

Join a dynamic team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited as we seek an Early Careers L&D Assistant to support the growth of our HR team. This exciting role will focus on the learning and development of our trainees, graduates, and interns, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal training programs with external coaches, ensuring seamless delivery and effective learning outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate training records and software systems, guaranteeing up-to-date information and compliance.
  • Monitor CPD compliance for trainees and qualified staff, providing timely support and guidance.
  • Partner with line managers to advise on team members' development, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Manage internal training programs, conducting research and providing support to the HR team.
  • Support recruitment cycles, assisting with CV screening, interview coordination, and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing L&D for early careers, preferably in professional services.
  • Previous involvement in recruitment cycles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
