The Role

As a Maths and English Tutor at Explore Learning, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and progression of our young members. You will be responsible for teaching, inspiring, and nurturing the academic growth of our students, helping them to achieve consistent progress and unlock the joy of learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching: You will deliver high-quality teaching sessions to small groups of students, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Inspiring: You will inspire our students to become fearless learners, encouraging them to develop a love of learning and a growth mindset.
  • Nurturing: You will create a safe and supportive learning environment, building strong relationships with our students and their families.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • Able to commit to a minimum of 6 hours per week, over 2 days.
  • Available to work between Tuesday and Saturday.
  • Willing to work with students aged 4-16, covering both national curriculum content and entrance exam preparation.
