Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at QA Limited. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, engaging blended learning products for our QA Higher Education programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: You will design and develop interactive blended learning products, including the design, scripting, and storyboarding of digital learning components, as well as the production of content in specialist software.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: You will build strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts, members of the Learning & Teaching Team, and other academic stakeholders to understand course content requirements, learning objectives, and learners' skills requirements.
- Programme Design: You will collaborate with key stakeholders to design high-quality, engaging, and innovative blended learning programmes for QAHE's core products.
- Content Creation: You will storyboard and script digital learning content and assets, applying learning design and pedagogical principles to effectively develop learners' skills and knowledge.
- Documentation and Quality Assurance: You will update and maintain course and content documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and quality assurance.
- E-Learning Development Techniques: You will have a strong understanding of different e-learning development techniques and methodologies, including formal and informal learning approaches.
- Blended Learning Experience: You will have extensive experience of developing blended learning and e-learning solutions, with a focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Materials Development Environment: You will have experience working in a materials development environment, preferably related to online and blended learning.
- VLE/LMS Content Creation: You will have practical know-how on VLE/LMS content creation and management.
