About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency, delivering training to clients across various industries. As a Management Development Training Expert, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver management development training programs to groups of 15-20 participants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their training needs
  • Collaborate with the Head of Learning and Development to develop and implement training strategies
  • Deliver training sessions virtually and in-person
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in delivering management development training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills, including PowerPoint and MS Teams
