Job Title: Field Based Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Based Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Staffordshire County Council.

About the Role:

As a Field Based Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, responsive, and effective administration service to support the delivery of the People Strategy across the Council. You will work closely with the People Service Learning and Organisational Development team to ensure the effective scheduling and administration of Learning and Development opportunities for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working as part of the People Service Learning and Organisational Development team to provide an efficient, responsive, and effective administration service.
  • Working to agreed quality standards and timescales to support the delivery of the People Strategy across the Council.
  • Working effectively with People Services colleagues, key stakeholders, line managers, and/or suppliers to ensure the effective scheduling and administration of Learning and Development opportunities.
