Learning Support Specialist

About the Role
High Trees Community Development Trust is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Specialist to join our Community Education and Training team. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to access, complete, and progress through our wide range of adult learning provision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide additional support for learners who need wrap-around support relating to personal and educational needs.
- Work with our Adult Safeguarding Lead to support safeguarding cases across departments, including keeping records and making referrals.
- Contribute to the organisation of our termly learners' forum to celebrate achievement and attend events in the community to publicise our work.
Requirements
- Experience of working with vulnerable individuals or groups.
- Commitment to safeguarding.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for being part of a busy team.
