Main Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with the SENCO and classroom teachers to establish inclusive strategies that help students thrive.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure ongoing improvement and engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Prior experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children's needs.
  • Up-to-date DBS check required.
