Job Title: Learning & Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Talent Development Specialist to support our learning operations and talent development initiatives, aligning with our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Intelligence:
    • Identify and implement business intelligence solutions that drive business results.
    • Champion change and digital innovation in the organization.
    • Coordinate with external providers for training delivery and ensure seamless execution.
    • Organize in-house training and events that engage and motivate employees.
    • Analyse feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the learning experience.
    • Support career development initiatives that foster growth and advancement.
  • Learning Operations:
    • Manage learning and study requests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Track and promote online learning opportunities to maximize employee engagement.
    • Monitor training budgets and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Reconcile financial reports and process invoices with precision and accuracy.
    • Track and manage training-related expenditures to optimize resource utilization.
  • Marketing & Communication:
    • Collaborate with the communications team to promote learning initiatives and drive engagement.
    • Update intranet pages and learning management systems to ensure seamless user experience.
    • Plan and promote annual training events that inspire and motivate employees.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Support recruitment activities for senior positions to attract top talent.
    • Manage internal and external job postings to ensure effective candidate sourcing.
    • Coordinate student fairs and apprenticeship programs to develop future leaders.
    • Lead intern development programs to foster growth and advancement.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Provide operational support for HR activities to ensure seamless execution.
    • Participate in local and global HR projects to drive business results.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Business intelligence qualification (CIPD preferred).
  • Experience with HRIS/LMS platforms to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to inform business decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI, and data analytics to drive insights and action.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude to drive results and growth.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus to support global operations.
