Sales Apprenticeship Curriculum Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Apprenticeship Curriculum Specialist to join our team at Randstad Employment Bureau. As a key member of our curriculum development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and quality assurance of our Sales Apprenticeship Standards, including Sales Executive Level 4 and IT Technical Sales Level 3.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with Training and Skills Coach teams to align curriculum with apprentice and employer expectations.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, and other regulatory bodies.
* Carry out Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities to ensure curriculum quality.
* Support and develop staff through continuous professional development (CPD) and tailored action plans.
* Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
* IT literate with strong communication and networking abilities.
* Experience in a training provider or educational setting is highly desirable.

**Requirements**

* A teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, L4 CET, or similar) is essential.
* Proven experience in writing and/or delivering sales apprenticeships or training courses.
