About the Role

Nacro is seeking a skilled Curriculum Manager for Apprenticeships to lead the development and implementation of high-quality apprenticeship programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that apprentices receive an excellent learning experience, leading to outstanding achievement, progression, and destination outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a high-quality apprenticeship curriculum that meets the needs and aspirations of apprentices and the employment and skills priorities of the regions served.
  • Support the development, planning, delivery, and monitoring of Nacro's curriculum to ensure it meets the required standards.

Requirements

  • English and mathematics qualifications at level 2 or above.
  • Significant experience of delivering or leading teaching, learning, and assessment to young people in the Further Education and Skills sector.
  • Knowledge and application of contemporary teaching theory and practice.
