Curriculum Development Lead

FEA is partnering with a leading further education college to find an experienced leader to shape and advance their adult and young people's curriculum offer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on apprenticeships, Higher Education, professional courses, and T Level development, positioning the college firmly in the Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ) space.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Apprenticeships and a working knowledge of Higher Education, with the ability to drive growth, development, and quality improvement.
This is a high-impact role that requires energy and pace, and the successful candidate will be a key member of the college's Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
