The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on apprenticeships, Higher Education, professional courses, and T Level development, positioning the college firmly in the Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ) space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Apprenticeships and a working knowledge of Higher Education, with the ability to drive growth, development, and quality improvement.
