Job Title: Head of Curriculum Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Curriculum Development to join our team at the British Academy of Jewellery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring that it is innovative, research-based, and aligned with the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum framework that meets the needs of our students and aligns with industry standards.
  • Lead a team of educators in the development and delivery of curriculum content, ensuring that it is engaging, interactive, and effective.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for curriculum improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
