Curriculum and Pedagogy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of our curriculum and pedagogy. As the Curriculum and Pedagogy Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our curriculum, ensuring that it aligns with our vision and meets the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum framework that aligns with our learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with our product team to translate learning objectives into effective learning experiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning experiences and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with our leadership team to set and achieve objectives related to learning and product development.

Requirements

  • Master's/PhD in Education or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in curriculum and learning design, educational program development, and content creation.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
