We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Group Apprenticeship Administrator to provide administrative support to the Apprenticeship Group Unit and Apprenticeship staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries and administration tasks relating to apprenticeships and curriculum, as well as providing effective and flexible support for ad hoc business tasks and events.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Level 3 education and experience in providing strong administrative support in a fast-paced environment. A high level of computer literacy is essential, as is the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

The role will predominantly be based at either Kingston College or South Thames College, with occasional travel to other STCG sites. The benefits package includes generous annual leave, a pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
