Apprenticeship Tutor Role Overview

The Supporting Education Group is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team in the Midlands. As an Apprenticeship Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes to learners in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver apprenticeship programmes across the Midlands, ensuring that learners meet the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Contribute to the development of new apprenticeship programmes and materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective programme delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Teaching Qualification at Level 3/5 or equivalent.
  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Experience of working in an education or training environment, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and delivery requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • 28 days holiday and an additional day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days.
