Apprenticeships Trainer Role
We are seeking skilled Apprenticeships Trainers to join our team at Lift Schools. As an Apprenticeships Trainer, you will work with Lift Schools and external employers to deliver our existing Teaching Assistant Level 3 and the new Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 (SEND) programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual Apprenticeship programmes, including induction, planning, delivery, and assessment.
- Work with Lift Schools and external employers to develop and deliver Apprenticeship programmes.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices to ensure they achieve their learning goals.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in education or a related field.
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including apprentices, employers, and Lift Schools staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
