Job Title: Apprenticeship Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Manager to join our team at Burman Recruitment. As an Apprenticeship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development strategies to attract new employers and build strong relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new employers and increase apprenticeship placements.
  • Monitor and evaluate apprentice progress, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, training providers, and other stakeholders to promote apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest quality apprenticeship programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in apprenticeships business development, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
