We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeships Business Development Manager to join our team at Burman Recruitment. As an Apprenticeships Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development strategies to attract new employers and build strong relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new employers and increase apprenticeship placements.
- Monitor and evaluate apprentice progress, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, training providers, and other stakeholders to promote apprenticeships and increase business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote apprenticeships and increase brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in apprenticeships business development, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong business development and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to attract new employers and increase apprenticeship placements.
