Job Opportunity: Digital Learning Designer Skills Coach

Full-time, Hybrid Working

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Designer to join our Delivery Team as a Skills Coach on our new apprenticeship program. The program is supported by several large employers and is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for digital learning and a desire to pass on their knowledge to a new generation of learning designers.

About the Role

As a Digital Learning Designer Skills Coach, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping to review, develop, and deliver the learning content and delivery model for the apprenticeship program.
  • Supporting apprentices through their learning journey and delivering an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Delivering regular coaching sessions and progress reviews for all apprentices and ensuring that employers are up to date with apprentice progress.
  • Complying with quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of digital learning design theory and practice.
  • Previous work experience in digital learning design, with a good working knowledge of either academic or commercial learning design projects.
  • Good IT skills, including the ability to use MS Office and Learner Management Systems.
  • A passion to help people start their careers at amazing companies and deliver the best possible training.
