**Supporting Learners in a Compassionate and Inspiring Manner**
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at the University of Greenwich, supporting apprentices in a compassionate, pragmatic, and inspiring manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the initial point of contact for apprentices, providing information, advice, and guidance.
- Meet with apprentices and their employers to review their progress, managing a caseload of 40-50 apprentices.
- Monitor progress against apprenticeship standards.
- Conduct regular reviews with apprentices and their line managers.
- Maintain strong relationships in the rapidly developing field of apprenticeships.
**Requirements:**
- Proactive attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills to support apprentices, the delivery team, and employers.
- Excellent administration and digital skills, with a dedicated and flexible approach to working.
- Experienced coaching approaches to help learners develop and apply knowledge, skills, and behaviors in the workplace.
- Knowledge and/or experience of one of the following sectors to support apprentices: Quantity Surveyor and/or Construction Management.
