We are seeking an experienced and skilled Apprenticeship Coach to join our expanding team at Reed Learning. As a key member of our apprenticeship delivery team, you will play a vital role in training and developing our HR apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide coaching and support to apprentices through experience and industry knowledge.
- Support and teach People Professional Level 5 and Senior People Professional Level 7.
- Deliver online sessions, workshops, and webinars; support on-demand learners.
- Carry out 1:1 reviews, providing advice and guidance around HR standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with our employers.
- Experience in delivering Human Resource Management and/or Learning and Development apprenticeships up to Level 7.
- An appropriate assessor qualification is desirable (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA).
- Familiarity with Ofsted and ESFA audit requirements.
- CIPD qualified.
- Level 2 qualification in English & Mathematics.
- Proficiency in using eportfolio systems to communicate with and monitor progress of learners on apprenticeship programmes.
