About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering online sessions, workshops, and webinars, as well as supporting on-demand learners. They will also need to provide coaching and support to apprentices through experience and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver online sessions, workshops, and webinars; support on-demand learners.
- Provide coaching and support to apprentices through experience and industry knowledge.
- Support and teach People Professional Level 5 and Senior People Professional Level 7.
- Carry out 1:1 reviews, providing advice and guidance around HR standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with our employers.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Skills and Qualifications- Experience in delivering Human Resource Management and/or Learning and Development apprenticeships up to Level 7.
- An appropriate assessor qualification is desirable (D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA).
- Familiarity with Ofsted and ESFA audit requirements.
- CIPD qualified.
- Level 2 qualification in English & Mathematics.
- Proficiency in using eportfolio systems to communicate with and monitor progress of learners on apprenticeship programmes.
