**Job Overview**

Educated Appointments, a leading training provider in the early years sector, is seeking an experienced Childcare Assessor to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments to Level 3 Apprentices across various settings in the city.

The role involves working with employers and further education colleges to provide relevant training that develops future generations of early years professionals. As a hybrid position, you will be based from home with occasional travel to learners' locations, with expenses covered for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality training and assessments to nationally recognized standards.
  2. Monitor Apprentices' progress throughout the program and report on their development.
  3. Maintain accurate tracking systems and procedures related to quality, compliance, management, delivery, and assessment.
  4. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety procedures and reinforce these to Apprentices.
  5. Support Equality and Diversity procedures and promote these values within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Childcare Assessor or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Level 3 Apprenticeships and early years education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with blended learning environments.
