Job Overview:
BDO UK is recruiting an experienced Apprenticeships and Training Coordinator to join our Professional Qualifications Team. This critical role involves managing and developing our apprenticeship programs, working closely with our HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless delivery. As a key member of our Early Careers Development team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our business.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing systems and processes to increase operational efficiency, liaising with external training providers, and managing and developing our professional qualifications team. Requirements include proven team management experience, knowledge of professional qualifications such as ACA, CTA, ACCA, and CIMA, and experience with Workday. Direct relevant work experience in a large professional services firm is preferred.
