**Apprenticeship Training Coordinator Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Training Coordinator to join our team at the Rolls Royce Learning and Development Centre in Derby. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality vocational training programs for our apprentices.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessments, and workshops that cater to the diverse needs of our apprentices. Strong industry knowledge and a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Welding/Fabrication are essential for success in this role. A HNC/degree in a relevant discipline is desirable but not essential, and we can provide support to achieve Qualified Teacher Status if needed.

The annual salary for this position ranges from £27,690 to £41,683, dependent on qualifications, as well as an appealing benefits package, which includes 34 days holiday, pension scheme, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
