About the Role

FIND | Creating Futures is a leading provider of education and training solutions, and we are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team in the London area. This role offers a unique blend of home working and learner visits, providing the ideal work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality training programs, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards.
  2. Candidate Support: Provide tailored support to apprentices, maintaining accurate records and performing thorough workplace observations.
  3. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess skills and behaviours, providing feedback via the ePortfolio system and monitoring candidate progress.
  4. Program Management: Deliver comprehensive workplace training, provide tutorial support, and facilitate remote webinars for apprentices.
What We Offer
