Job Details

Nescot is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Plumbing Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our apprentices and the College as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for monitoring and maintaining accurate records of apprentices' progress and achievement.
  • Establish strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and College staff to facilitate effective communication and support.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of the plumbing Apprenticeship programme by coordinating progress reviews and other relevant activities.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.
