We are seeking a highly skilled Progress Coach to join our Plumbing Apprenticeship team at Nescot.

Nescot, graded Good by Ofsted, prioritises safeguarding and staff training. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a discounted on-site gym, sports hall, fitness classes, osteopathy, and day nursery.

This role involves supporting and monitoring first-year apprentices in the Plumbing Apprenticeship programme, conducting regular progress reviews every 10-12 weeks.

The successful candidate will liaise with lecturers and employers to facilitate effective communication and learning outcomes.

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is available for this exciting opportunity.

Main Responsibilities

  2. Liaise with lecturers and employers to ensure effective communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Possession of a qualification in electrical installation or a related construction trade is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong communication abilities.
