Job Description: Corporate Apprenticeship Programme Manager

GradBay is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Apprenticeship Programme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Early Careers team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of exceptional Corporate & Technology Apprenticeship Programmes, with a focus on diversity, talent pipeline development, and outstanding candidate experience.

Your key responsibilities will include managing communications with Corporate and Technology apprenticeship candidates, overseeing on-boarding, contributing to attraction events, induction sessions, and graduation ceremonies, and collaborating with our wider team to ensure seamless programme delivery.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects of programme delivery, including adhering to internal processes and relevant legislation, supporting candidates with reasonable adjustments, verifying and recording visa eligibility documents for new hires, and handling candidate expense management and on-boarding logistics, including contract preparation.

In addition, you will support stakeholders by keeping Apprentice Manager and Recruitment Business Partners updated on programme needs, participating in working groups to identify process improvements, and assisting with on-boarding events and accurate joiner processing.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, a customer-focused mindset with high energy and resilience, and a team player with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
