Corporate Responsibility Programme Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of our Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship programmes and ensure quality standards are met.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Portfolio to manage the relationship with relevant EPAOs, including attending regular meetings with EPAO account managers. They will also support the hiring manager in recruiting the best coaches for the programmes delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team towards agreed levels of performance and quality standards.
  • Work as an inspiring manager to support Skills Coaches in delivering training and assessment.
  • Maintain quality assurance of qualifications in line with awarding organisation requirements, Ofsted, and company internal procedures.
  • Support Head of Portfolio in planning and delivering high-quality curriculum and learning experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing high-quality learning programmes.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship delivery and role of Skills Coaches/Tutors.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong innovative mindset to bring new ideas and drive continuous quality improvement.
