We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Apprenticeship Delivery Specialist at the University of Greenwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of internal apprenticeship processes, while being responsive to employer requirements and statutory compliance.

This role requires a strong ability to negotiate and deliver services that interact with complex internal and external processes to achieve excellent outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will provide direction and line management to the Senior Apprenticeship Administrator(s), allocating resources to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.

A collaborative approach is essential to the success of this role, requiring comfort working with diverse stakeholders, managing a busy workload, and navigating complex networks. Additionally, this position involves a minimum requirement of 2 days a week working on-site, with one fixed day at the Greenwich Campus.

The ideal candidate will possess drive and passion, with expertise in delivering high-quality services. They will have experience in line management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. A salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum is available for this exciting opportunity.
