London, Greater London, United Kingdom KM Education Recruitment Ltd Full time
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an Apprenticeship Delivery Expert to join our team at KM Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Apprenticeships, focusing on Coaching Professionals. Your primary duties will include designing and delivering engaging curriculum and workshop materials, managing learner progress, and adapting delivery to meet individual needs.

To succeed in this position, you must hold a CMI Level 5 qualification in Coaching or an equivalent Coaching qualification. Additionally, you should have a recognized Assessor award, such as D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA. Experience in delivering Apprenticeships, preferably in Coaching Professional, is also desirable. A full clean driving license and own vehicle are essential, as flexibility with travel is required when needed.

As an expert in this field, you will deliver Coaching Professional Apprenticeships using a blended learning approach. You will work within set review and completion timescales, organize documentation on learners' progress, and manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted. You will also be expected to overcome barriers to learning by adapting delivery to meet individual needs.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £30,000, depending on experience. The contract duration is 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Please note that KM Recruitment receives a high number of applications for each role advertised, and although we would like to provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates, it's not always possible. If you have not been contacted within 4 days, unfortunately, your application has been unsuccessful.
