About the Role

We are looking for an Apprenticeship Compliance Manager to join our team at Concord Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of apprenticeships, managing communication with learners and employers, and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in delivering apprenticeship operations, as well as strong management skills and a deep understanding of apprenticeship curriculum design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end enrolment process for each learner.
  • Resolve learner issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide guidance on adapting IFATE standards to different delivery models.
  • Work closely with the tutor team to ensure effective case load management.
What We Offer

An estimated salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
