Job Description:

Burman Recruitment is excited to announce a new opportunity for a seasoned Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to join our team. As part of this role, you will design and implement a brand-new apprenticeship programme that drives business growth and develops the next generation of leaders. This fixed-term contract for 9 months offers a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £100,000.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes tailored to client needs.
  2. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for apprentice cohorts, ensuring a smooth transition.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure programme success.

To succeed in this role, you will need expertise in early career programmes, recruitment, and onboarding, as well as strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. You will also be passionate about shaping careers and fostering growth, with a strong understanding of the apprenticeship landscape.
