We are seeking an experienced Education Leader for Apprenticeships to join our team at Totton College in Hampshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing high-quality apprenticeship provision, planning and implementing a curriculum that prepares apprentices for success in their next steps.

Duties include ensuring excellent achievement, progression, and destination outcomes for all apprentices, supporting the development of Nacro's curriculum, and monitoring its delivery to meet the needs and aspirations of apprentices.

Key requirements include experience of delivering or leading teaching, learning, and assessment in the Further Education and Skills sector, knowledge of contemporary teaching theory and practice, and experience of coaching and mentoring employees to drive improvement and development.

A DBS check will be required for this role.
